Check-in, payments, and staff management for social dances
Dancers check in and accept your waiver on their own phone, then pay by card, Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Desk staff see who's paid and wave them in, on a screen anyone can run on their first shift.
Early access is free · hello@danceos.dev

The line checks itself in
Dancers scan the QR code at your door and check in on their own phone. It's a web page: no app to download, no password, just a sign-in link that verifies their email.
Who's paid, on one screen.
As dancers check in, each one appears on the desk's screen as paid by card or owing by cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Staff working the night and dancers with free entry are already marked, so nobody keeps a list or remembers who gets in free.
Dancers without a phone check in too.
Set up a kiosk tablet by the desk where anyone can find their name or join, accept your waiver, and pick how they're paying. Desk staff can also check in a returning dancer by name.
Every way your scene already pays
Turn on card, Venmo, Zelle, and cash, whichever your door takes. danceOS adds nothing per ticket. Your cover stays your cover.
Cards, straight to your own Stripe account.
Dancers pay on their phone and reach the desk already paid. The only card cost is Stripe's processing fee.
Venmo and Zelle, checked at the desk.
Our Pay with Venmo button opens the app on the dancer's phone with your handle and the amount already filled in. For Zelle, we show your Zelle email or phone number, ready to copy. Dancers show their receipt at the desk, and staff tap Confirm.
Cash, with the price already on screen.
Dancers pick cash on their phone, so the desk sees what each one owes before they reach the table.
Know how the night went before you leave the venue.
Headcount, takings by payment method, and your cash counted against what the door expected. No sorting out Venmo at home.
Waivers and code of conduct, off paper
Dancers accept your waiver and code of conduct on their phone before they can check in; anyone without one accepts at the kiosk by the desk. Change the text and everyone accepts the new version before their next night. Your dancer list shows when each dancer accepted the current version, and who still needs to, so every dancer on the floor has accepted your current waiver.

Set up your dance once
It repeats every week. Cancel a single night when you need to.
The way your door already runs.
Dance only, or lesson and dance, at your prices. Turn on student pricing, add-ons like a floor practice, and wristband colors, and desk staff see the right price and band for each dancer. Nobody at the door has to remember who pays what.
Your staff on each night.
Put your desk staff, DJs, and instructors on the night, and whoever's working gets in free automatically. No guest list to keep at the door.
Comped entry you control.
Give founders and long-time volunteers complimentary entry for good. Nobody else gets in free by accident.
Early access is open to a few organizers
We're running danceOS with a small group of organizers and building the next pieces with them. We'll set up your first night with you.
- Staff scheduling
- Newsletters and announcements to your dancers
- A website for your organization on your own domain
Tell us about your dance
Weekly or monthly, 20 dancers or 200: send a note about how your door works today. You'll hear back from a person, and we'll find a time to talk.
Built by a dancer who's been on Atlanta dance floors since 2009.
